Trans-Aero is committed to providing a world class service in aircraft and engine spares support through the use of industry standard services and dedicated customer support teams.

Trans-Aero subscribes to the objectives of the 'ATA World Airline Suppliers' Guide. Proprietary component vendors are also required to conform. Services are maintained according to customers individual agreed terms of business and contact should be made to the appropriate service location.

Trans-Aero ensures all components are supplied with OEM and/or OEM approved release certification. All components are supplied to the customer in accordance with the Civil Aviation Authority CAA, Federal Aviation Authority FAA 8130-3/FAR145 or Joint Aviation Authority JAA Form 1/JAR145.

All Time Controlled Parts and/or Life Limited (LLP's) are supplied with additional documentation confirming: 'Back to Birth' trace, life history, aircraft/engine serial number trace, module serial number trace and the last operators 'Non-Incident' statement.
